Senior Helpers lived up to their name, we called them when we had a health emergency with our loved one, Rachel came out within hours and that same day had help for us. They were truly a godsend in a difficult time for us all. Everyone who came to our home was wonderful, caring and loving, i am so appreciative for all their support and don't know what we'd have done without them!
This place is just like the rest of the home health care companies. We are supposed to have 58 hours of caregivers a week..Last week we did not have caregivers for 21 of those hours...They claim they don't have the caregivers to bring into our home...I do not believe that for the simple fact, that when we started with them June 1st 2025, they had no problems bringing in a good 12 caregivers I to our home within 2 weeks time...We have already lost 3 hours of caregivers this week...I have documented every single time my husban... read more
Very pleasant place to work. The staff is very accommodating and is very pleasant to work with.
We used Senior Helpers to look after my mother-in-law - Grandma - who is 88 years old & suffers with dementia. What she needed at this point in her life was companionship. Judy, her caregiver, was awesome. She would sit & chat with Grandma, made her lunch, got her dressed, gave her a bath - she was exactly what we were looking for. They provided us with a monthly schedule plus did on site visits to insure that everyone was satisfied with their service. Unfortunately Grandma is now in a nursing home under hospice care.
