I I have used several home services in the past and all were a frustrating experience. After a recent hospital stay I needed some help and found Yeraldine and Senior Helpers. What a fantastic experience. They listened to my needs and were always asking if they could do more. I am in the hospital a lot and Senior Helpers will always be there if needed.

Senior helpers has been wonderful in helping my family navigate the very difficult, sudden changes in the help of both of my grandparents. They have been kind, helpful, VERY patient (especially with dementia) and caring. Yeraldine has been responsive, helpful and caring in her support of our family. We are very thankful for senior helpers and their work!

The team of senior helpers of Northeast was the only agency to provide home care services for my mother the same day we called for help. Their flexhome program gave me the opportunity to pay only for the hours of services that were needed. Thanks to Yeraldine and her entire team for working with the needs of each family and making life easier for me and my mother and siblings.
