If I could give this location no stars I would. My family hired them to take care of my grandmother who needed additional assistance in her retirement home. On three separate occasions and three separate workers fell asleep on their overnight shift. After the first time we immediately called the Senior Helper’s supervisor and she ensured us that it would not happen again. I can't say enough good things about Senior Helpers! Kevin and Rosalyee are not only professional and reliable, but also genuinely compassionate. They are also incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, ensuring that all their residents needs and concerns were addressed promptly.
