Senior Helpers is wonderful. The caregivers are amazing!! Lara, John, Curtis and Hersh are so kind and helpful. Jeff the owner is easily accessible and Anne the scheduler juggles so many changes in schedules she is a chameleon. . I would recommend this organization to anyone! Even the temporary college students are attentive while working during their school breaks.

Very comfortable and happy with our experienceW With Senior Helpers so far. My Mom seems happy with the two people that usually show up to attend to her care and we like them as well because they show her more attention than many others do.

This place three years ago was absolutely horrible maybe two 2024 there was a new manager came in. I was new. I asked for 20 hours. I drove an hour day up or half an hour up and back from Bethel Park. I took somebody in Carnegie and this new manager the other one’s name is Anne started fighting with me that I’m gonna work Friday. I told him I’m not driving anymore up there. I have enough hours in the end I didn’t show up and went to write an app. It was absolutely horrible. I am always referring Senior Helpers of Southwest Pittsburgh! I have experienced them first hand and see how the owner trains his staff! He is compassionate and drills into his team the importance of caring for the WHOLE person and not just the situation! I will always refer everyone in need of caregivers here! They are doing it right!!!

Great service from all the caregivers that have helped my father. We are still currently using them 8 hrs a day plus more at other times while my father is in an assisted living. I couldn't have done this without them. Thank you all!!!!
