To start, their reviews are so high because the people doing these ratings are employees. These people don’t care about the seniors in their care and I’ve witnessed that first hand. Training? Communication? No, none of that here. These people want your money and that’s about the only thing they’re good at, is taking it. They can’t even pay their employees correctly or on time. They let me go due to “confidentiality policy” being broken but have continued to text and call me about scheduling with clients names on multiple occ... read more
I was very disappointed in how I was treated, the poor communication, sudden changes on the company's end, and lack of flexibility around my appointments, family coming in, etc. It was better before their changes in administrative personnel. The company also keeps too much of the fee and doesn't pay their caregivers well enough. They'd have a better class of caregivers and better retention and consistency of they treated their employees better.
