So grateful and happy with the care provided by Senior Helpers of Somerset for a family member in need of assistance over the past ten months. The owner(Alex) was always responsive and helpful from the initial appointment and throughout our time with the agency. I'm incredibly disappointed in the service we received from Senior Helpers. This company was referred to me by a close friend of mine who used them years ago, so I decided to give them a shot when I needed to find care for my mom. Perhaps they have gone downhill since that time... Honestly, I initially had a good impression of Alex, the owner, when I spoke to him. He seemed like a caring and compassionate person. 5 Stars indeed!! Recently had the need for homecare services. Not easy. But I can't say enough good things about Senior Helpers - Somerset. A wonderful team indeed! From the initial intake call and in-home visit with Wendy (understanding and compassionate), to the after-hours call back from owner Alex, to the wonderful caring aides, and to the responsiveness by the whole team (esp Joann for scheduling). Makes it easier, for a tough situation of care coordinating for a loved one at home. Thank you from our entire family!
