Steve and Kim Nickens, the owners of Senior Helpers in Cypress, CA are warm and compassionate people. However, we had an unfortunate experience with them due to their business practices. We signed a contract on Sept 28, 2023 in which they agreed to strike both the 2 week notice for cancellation of the service (under 4. Term) and the 48 hour notice for cancellation of a shift.
