Sr Helpers is a wonderful company! The owners Steven and Kim are fabulous! They truly care about us as clients. They provide compassionate, reliable care and we trust them completely. We love our caregivers Jennifer and Christina we can't say enough good about them. They are fantastic! Couldn't have chosen a better company.
If you have a loved one who needs help with a hoyer lift I definitely wouldn't use this place. They hardly have trained staff for that. Some staff here is good. They talk about wanting good communication but if you ever communicate with owner Kim she forgets everything and never communicates what you tell her to the other staff so make sure to document yourself. My experience with Senior Helpers has been wonderful. The principals of the agency, Steven and Kim, are kind, attentive, available and are engaged with their clients. From our first meeting, my mother and I had a good feeling about the agency. Kim and Steven assigned my mother, who was recently diagnosed with dementia, a caregiver who helped my mom remain living at home as long as she could.
