Senior Helpers have been great and very responsive. My father was discharged from hospital and they had a great caregiver waiting for us when we came home. Shirley is great and my dad really likes her. Thanks to Ted (the owner) and Senior Helpers
Senior Helpers is an excellent organization with very professional caregivers. My parents caregiver has been with them for two years and I don't know what I would do with out her. Before we had Senior Helpers we used another agency who was constantly changing the caregiver, it was a nightmare! Senior Helpers has always been reliable and my parents are happy and doing great!
Excellent Company with an amazing staff!! I have been so impressed with their level of knowledge on Dementia and Alzheimers. They have taken excellent care of my mom over the past year. Senior Helpers was the best decision!
These people, especially Lillianna, are so unprofessional. If you call them even once to discuss their services, they will start calling you every week to nag and harass you even though you've told them you have no interest in hiring them and do not want them calling you any more. I suggest you look elsewhere for a more professional organization to provide care.
I currently live out of town and applied to a job at Senior Helper's in Franklin, TN. I was contacted by the owner, Debbie Miller, within an hour to set up an interview. Her being fully aware that I live several hours away asked that I come in 4 days later for an interview. I was happy to do so considering the quick turn around. This is an unbelievably caring and compassionate company. Everyone I met or spoke to over the phone from this company truly had my mother's best interests in mind. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would Not recommend this senior helpers for anyone. they are all talk and no action.
Competitively priced and quick turnaround time; I especially liked the fact that they use employees here and not independent contractors; they were able to find a perfect match for my mother who is not the easiest person to get along with.
