Brenda is the most amazing caregiver! When she walks in my grandparents house, they say “An Angel just walked in!” We are blessed to have her!! Senior Helpers is very thorough! They came out to set up services within hours of when we called! And started the next day!! Senior Helpers and Brenda give our family piece of mind knowing our family is being cared for by such kind and compassionate caregivers! Thank you! We didn’t know what we needed and turns out it was Brenda!!
The Senior Helper aids that come in to help Mom are all compassionate and caring. Mom would not be able to handle living in her apartment without the assistance provided by Senior Helps.
Senior Helpers is fantastic and I can't recommend them highly enough. We had a sudden and complicated care situation for both of our parents at the same time - and they exceeded all expectations! They jumped through hoops to schedule last minute care during holidays. They listened, responded quickly and partnered with us to expertly handle the situation. All their caregivers were excellent and they gave us great peace-of-mind. Senior Helpers is best in class with their services. We feel very lucky to have found them.
I am sad to have to leave Senior Helpers at this time. I do hope to use them in the future again. My helpers name was Paula and she was wonderful. She cleaned for me and fixed my lunch every day. she is sweet and always wanted to do more and more for me. She even went to a doctors appointment with me as my ears even though she has a hearing problem. Everything is recorded on her phone so she could repeat things to me. I had no problem with the company and would give them a referral anytime.
would not recommend for a job . during the interview their attitudes were extremely nasty as in they were tired of their job , their mouth is extremely nasty they constantly cuss and speak about their patients .
