Prompt ,caring, professional.
The entire staff at Senior Helpers have been terrific. In short, they absolutely deliver on everything they promise. Unlike other agencies, there have been ZERO last minute changes to staff on the day of service, and there have been ZERO problems with following the care plan. We could not be happier with this service and its personnel from the very top on down !
After having a horrible experience with another agency I met with senior helpers and they felt they could assist with my mom’s care and respect her wishes to stay in her own home. This is exactly what they did. It took a little bit to find the right fit but once they did we found Liz and Darlene who came 6 days a week and assisted my mom with her daily care and and kept my dad company as well.
