I am a new employee two months in So far I've had a check held back for weeks and No correspondence about it until I went to pick up my PPE! I've been sent to clients who are in the hospital with no communication from case managers There is no communication between HHA and the Nurses, No Plan of Care in the homes I visited . The staff is rude and barely have any information on how to help you when you call that one number for everything. This job is okay for a second or third job because it's not worth the 12-18 hours a week... read more

This Agency is a joke! secondly the staff is unprofessional and deceitful, this place is unethical and practices to use their staff. The labor board will be notified so this agency can be audited.

HORRIBLE work place, I was hired in August of 2023 I have been calling their office since September about trying to get work, I never received a call about getting a case. It 2024 and I never got to work for senior helpers yet. They all tell me the same thing each time I call, “ they only have personal care “ I got hired as a companion and was most likely the pointless thing I ever did in the job field. 0/10!!! Horrible company, avoid at all costs! The VP Lisa Santiago is extremely dismissive and unprofessional. I have never experience worse attitude and customer service!
