Senior Helpers has provided home care services for us for over 2 years now. The caregivers have been wonderful. They are very attentive and responsive to our loved one's needs. All of the caregivers have been respectful and reliable. The Senior Helpers office personnel have also been extremely receptive and helpful! The director Christine has come out to the our loved one's home to discuss care, provide guidance and recommendations related to plan of care. They always listen and have never been pushy! Happy with this team!
The process took over two weeks to finally get setup and the person who was going to to feed my mother no showed not once but FIVE times. The company the first two times, said this is not how they treat people..... blah blah.... but it happen THREE more times all without THEM contacting the family that someone was NOT on there way. This was to feed my mom, not take the dog out. I would NOT recommend this company. Still have not contacted me to close out the contract. Looking into legal options.
