Very unprofessional. Services contracted for were not provided. No call from anybody to explain there was a problem. Hired them for my 95 year old father. Found out when I was 5 hours away that there was a problem. Did not make for an enjoyable time out of town listening to my dad complain every time I called. Deposit was not explained at all until after I received the bill. And the bill was a partial bill that was generated immediately. Senior Helpers helped me care for my wife before she passed away. She had Parkinson's disease and dementia. The aides they sent me were professional and very caring. I was finally able to get some sleep and my daughter was able to have quality time with her mom. It was a very difficult time and it was made easier with the help of Senior Helpers aides and the nice, caring people in the Middleburg Heights office. My Doctor gave me the name of several companies and I'm glad I chose this company.
