Senior Helpers have been caring for my mom about 5 years, they are always professional they are very swiftly about handling any problems, they have always returned my phone calls even after office hours the answer service relay my messages and someone always call me back within minutes. The nurse, Miss Elaine and all the staff are amazing. My experience so far with them has been Wonderful they truly care about their clients and their caregiver, I highly recommend them. thank you Senior Helpers😊

This company almost broke me mentally. Owner and admin. really don't understand the difficulties of having a husband with dementia and a son at home with disabilities how having consistent CG is paramount. They prefer to argue and prove being right over actually helping. Criticizing my emotional state instead of addressing the main issues. I would never recommend them for someone who is looking for care based on how they treated me in the last week. This is not against the CG but against the owner and admin.
