Senior Helpers in Savage MN was an invaluable resource for my family in having an extra set of hands around as my mother recovered from knee surgery. The staff is flexible on tasks and activities that can be tailored to your individual needs.
Senior Helpers has been taking care of my dad for over two years and they’ve been absolutely great. The caregivers are kind, reliable, and thoughtful. They help with everything—meals, cleaning, errands—and always treat my dad with respect. They also bring a bit of warmth and humor that actually gets him to smile—not always easy to do. It means a lot to our family knowing he’s in good hands. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for in-home care.
We had an emergency situation with our Mother and she had been sent home from the hospital not able to do anything for herself as she had broken her shoulder. The call I made to Senior Helpers was the best company we could have found. Grace was the one who answered and as soon I as told her what we needed she started to work on the schedule for me. Every interaction with Senior Helpers has been positive and professional. We switched care for our mother to Senior Helpers from a large care provider that could not get people there consistently and when they did, could not meet our asks of conversing with Mom and going on walks outside with her as well as food and medication reminders. Senior Helpers caregivers accomplish all of those tasks and additionally will take Mom on small outings.
