If there was rating lower than one i would pick that. This has been a horrible nightmare for my family. We are paying for 24/7 care only to find that my aunt with dementia has been left alone in her home on multiple occasions after we expressed our needs to the agency. One occasion she was left alone with food on the stove cooking. The gate at her house has been left open multiple times resulting in the dog getting out into the neighborhood. Senior Helpers is top notch. Always sends kind, courteous and respectful staff to take care of my Adult Special Needs daughter. They go out of their way to find persons that would be a good fit for her needs!
