I reached out to Senior Helpers to assist in the care of my elderly aunty who lives in a different country than I. She really needed companionship and support to get out (she no longer drives) Angela was quick to help set up a meeting with a potential candidate. Janice and my aunt clicked immediately and have been working together for months. I’m very pleased with the services. My aunt looks forward to the time she spends with Janice. It’s been a big relief to know she’s in great hands when I can’t be there. Thank you!
I can't speak highly enough for the true care and diligence that Senior Helpers has provided us as we walk the challenging road of dementia with our beloved father. From the initial consultation to the week over week follow through, they have a been wonderful and a true blessing to our family.
Senior Helpers is a great place to work! I looked for several months for a nursing job that had a flexible schedule so I could still have time with my kids. The managers here make sure the staff has a great work/life balance. Everyone I work with is very kind and the pay is very fair. I really enjoy working with all of my patients and look forward to coming to work.
The Senior Helpers team has been professional and caring while aiding our mother in home a few time a week. The caregivers are reliable and compassionate. It is the right person for my mom. They are kind, and I like their professionalism. Their communication is good and they are willing to support and help. Our mom has flet really supported and cared for. Angela, Susan, and Jennifer are simply amazing!
Even 1 star is giving too much to this company. This company sent caregivers that left my dad with Alzheimer's alone in the middle of a shift and sent caregivers that would take my dad out to expensive restaurants and use my dad's credit card to pay for their meals. We found that the caregivers were smoking in my dad's unit and going out on the porch to use their cell phones and leaving my dad unattended while on shift.
