Jumped through the hoops, provided all the documents from doctors, faculties, invoices, payments, power of attorney, etc. Months pass, letters get sent to decades old addresses that only the USPS helps with. They had to pay, so the check was sent to the wrong address. Then they promised a new check and trashcan filed my call. I had to go up the line with demands to finally get the check. Absolute worst experience and I get to do it again for the other very eldery, very in need of help parent.

they are the worst- change the rules of engagement and then play a take it or leave it game and create and change access to dollars to pay for services that should have been covered with the original policy- (father bought a policy over 30 plus years ago for $30k and they are only offering $30k back after holding these dollars for 30 plus years without clear path to access it, and many road blocks to gain payments and if they pay they delay ask ongoing questions and make it incredibly difficult to get payment )- wouldn't you... read more
