Pass these folks up. Not kind and thoughtful enough to administer pain meds to a dying old lady even though a script was ordered. Left the “administer as needed” to untrained nursing home staff to determine. Bad on them.
When meeting with Dr. Guest he was very transparent and helpful with my grandmother. Every step of the way he was always there to guide us through different plans to help her stay comfortable and happy through her remaining time with us. Our family is forever grateful for Dr. Guest's guidance and expertise and I recommend him to everyone!
One visit to this place and 3 months later still dealing with late fees and the accountant unable to find my payment. In fact, I got a statement with no late fees and called to discuss the charges (which were paid two months prior) and the finance person said I didn't owe anything. A month later another call about unpaid bills. My advise to this place is to find the checks that people are sending you and STOP wasting everyone's time just to make yourself look busy. RIDICULOUS
