We used Senior Decor seven months ago when we moved my mom to assisted living. They were fantastic from start to finish. This week, we needed to move my mom to memory care at the same facility. We used them again, and once again, it was a great experience. Emaly is amazing, and the delivery/set up crews both times were incredible. I can’t recommend Senior Decor enough. Worth every penny. They make a difficult process so easy.
They created a memory care model for us and transformed this studio apartment into a suite !
Emily and team did the most fantastic job! They were so incredibly easy to work with and super efficient in getting beautiful furniture into my father-in-law‘s apartment. Also ao reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!
Senior Decor is simply the best. I reached out and spoke with Becky and explained what I needed for my mom’s assisted living studio. She made this transition seamless for me. She sent me pictures of items and I made my selection. In less than a week the furniture was delivered and set up. A few days later I called back for a few additional pieces. She quickly made it happen. Having Senior Decor reduced a great deal of stress and anxiety.
Our electric lift chair that we purchased as a set of 2 matching chairs just a few months ago broke, and Senior Decor couldn't find the same color chair to replace it with. So they are replacing our set of 2 blue chairs (one broken, one like new) with a set of 2 new grey ones in my parents home. Very impressed with their customer service. Thank you for taking great care of our family.
