Come on all you TV watchers etc. Going to Schoolhouse is just the place to encourage you to get "up and out". Not only do I feel better physically because of the exercise classes, they also chase away the "blahs" because we have fun doing it along with friendly people and lots of laughing etc So come out and try it, I think you will be glad you did.
