This place should have been named Slum Village. Residents are lied to and treated rudely. Maintenance issues are rarely addressed. If too many maintenance requests are made expect retaliation. Administration will blame the resident for issues that are preexisting--plumbing, electrical, bug infestation, defective hardware, cheap low quality materials used.. Rude and unprofessional staff. I feel sorry for people who need to live at this place. Sad that they can get away with treating people so poorly and especially our elderly. The organizations that donate to this charity need to look at the staff in office and make changes if they really want to do the right thing and care for people!

I just moved in today, and let me tell you, this a blessing for senior citizens, I love it here and I will never leave.
this place is a decent place inside however the staff is terrible.They act as if this is a college dorm....not a senior citizens village. Thats all I will say.... would not recommend this place as a "safe" place for a senior.

Lovely surroundings, move here is you want to live in constant fear from people who have no idea how to speak to the elderly............
