I lived at the senior citizen village for five years and every year the rent went up now they are charging over $900 a month. Plus you have to pay your own PG&E. The place is not worth it cinderblock walls, spiders, ants, and bugs coming inside for the winter Maintenance takes their time coming out to repair minor things, the ceiling fans, one in the living room, one in the bedroom.
