Today was the first day trip I have taken with the seniors and it was most enjoyable. Will definitely take more in the future.
My grandmother is 82 years old with dimentia. We had to work hard to get her to agree to go to the senior center. She reported to us that she didn't want to go anymore because she would go and sit and eat lunch all by herself. She said she felt lonely at northbridge senior center and did not want to go back. I find it very hard to believe nobody noticed she was sitting alone. It would not have been hard to invite her to sit with a table of people. This broke my family's heart. She will not be returning.
the center is my home away from home I am there every day we are so lucky to have it a wonderfull staff lots of activity I love it jean Finnegan
