Very dangerous seniors care/ rehab center. Mother at around 10:30 pm as news was going off call nurse at lease 4 times, never showed, found her unconscious at 4:00 am. They called hospital emergency to immediately rush her in. She ended up in the hospital for around a month and another rehab for about 2 weeks, and on dialysis because of there ignorance/ and lazy staff. Come to find out we are not the only one to go through this. Also in the process of reporting them to the state!!!
Very few of the personal worker's are really personable.. However the night time nursing personnel ( Susan) the 1st hall IS A NIGHTMARE! SHE IS TERRIBLE RUDE! SHE COMES INTO THE ROOM, THAT I WAS IN NEED FOR HELPFUL, SHUT OFF THE ROOM BUZZER, CLOSED MY DOOR, I SERIOUSLY DOUBT IF SHE TOLD THE NURSE I NEEDED HER. I HAD TO BUZZ THE ROOM ALARM 3 DIFFERENT TIMES! WAS THIS NIGHT EVER GOING TO END!??!
