staff call me night time they can't deal with patients only night time i go during day RN has no issues days , i will be talking to manager becouse it seems5 some staff the dont know to handel there job !!!!
NO! This place is a joke. They don't care for the residents much. They as residents ask for things multiple times and get brushed off. Me as her family member had to go ask for the things she needs. I have made multiple complaints abot this place all the way to the main corporate office with complaints and nothing has ever been done. And the administrators and nursing director is no better than these other employees that are here. The lack of respect here towards the residents and some family members are ridiculous. RecommendedI researched many facilities on Medicare.gov, reviewed ratings and visited places at different times. Senior care was a noticeable, immediate difference: Caring people, involved and happy residence, clean, comfortable, good activities and the food isn't bad!

I like the care my dad gets. He is treated very well. THANKS TO THE STAFF FOR ALL THERE HARD WORK.
