The first 2 nights I was there I was lying in my own pea for about 8 hours. I was just released from a hospital in Jax and from having a catheter removed and had no control over my bladder. I was the told by the C N A that she made the rounds once a shift. Also got a little boring receiving cold meals everyday and the same breakfast everyday.
I work very closely with Latoya Stuart, the Admissions Director and she is very helpful!
Didn’t realize there was a respite care in my area, Took great care of my mom for her stay and I am very appreciative and hope to give them my business again soon. The staff was professional and very helpful and friendly
Lotoya was so nice!! Super sweet lady!
Good interaction with staff, nurses are friendly and are aware of patients. Communication is good with providers. Recommended for healthcare needs. Devon LCSW
