I had an excellent experience with Senior Care Authority North Bay and feel fortunate to have found them. Loretta is extremely knowledgeable about the local assisted living / memory care communities. She spent a lot of time listening to me about my Mom's needs and wants, and she narrowed down the field and set up tours and came with me on the tours.
