I was very fortunate to find Senior Care Authority when it came time to move my mother into a care home. I have cared for my mother for over 3 years and her dementia worsened to the point that I could not continue to care for her. Loretta helped me find a wonderful place for her that I had not located on my own. There was no pressure and so much attention to detail was shown that I highly recommend them to anyone looking for senior care.
I called Senior Care Authority needing a quality place for my Mom in a hurry. Loretta met with her the next day and we toured and it was a great match for her. She moved in the following week and we couldn't be more pleased with the knowledge and support received.
Loretta, from Senior Care Authority North Bay was extremely knowledgeable and guided us to three very good homes of which we picked one and are very happy with our experience. All of them were also very good possibilities. It would have taken us weeks to visit enough places to have accumulated enough knowledge to have made such a big decision. I recommend their service wholeheartedly.
