I could not have had a better and more helpful experience with Senior Care Authority. Throughout my Dad's growing Dementia/Alzheimer's and moving him into the right place was extremely stressful, painful and overwhelming for me. My brother had been caring for his bed ridden wife for the last 10 years. He was no longer able to care for her because of his own health issues. He asked for my help. Unfortunately I do not live in the same area as him. We were referred to Marcy Baskin at at Senior Care Authority. What a relief! She is a "breath of fresh air". Marcy was such a "rock" for me when I had to transition my elder aunt to a skilled nursing facility. Senior Care Authority found several homes for us to tour which were within our budget. Marcy also helped negotiate rent for an assisted living facility in Rhonert Park for my other aunt. This was a very stressful time and I could not have done all of this without her help. The services she provides are invaluable and she really cares about her clients.
