My first experiences with the Center and its Director/staff was positive. Construction was going on, and the office was not close to my neighborhood. The staff, however, were pleasant, and very efficient. Recently I contacted the Center regarding utility help...and its Thanksgiving charity box. The woman who answered my call was negative regarding every aspect of assistance I requested.
