The water exercise is a good thing to be doing, it helps with joint pain and the instructor Mrs. Debbie is a wonderful teacher.
Great pool for therapy exercises. Plenty of equipment to use. Pool is warm, approx 90 degrees.
Great exercise program. Clean & friendly atmosphere. Budget friendly.
