The caregivers they offered were good people. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to have enough caregivers on staff in case someone calls off. There were multiple occasions in which they were unable to send someone out to look after my Grandfather. The last caregiver quit abruptly, and they told me to just find another company as their contract was being cancelled with catholic charities smh.
This is a very nice place the house manager is wonderful the location is great and you feel right at home
I'm so happy I reached out to the Senior-Ally agency. Delisha is such a true and dedicated professional. She listened to the needs of our family and delivered! My aunt was underweight and unmotivated before we started service with senior -ally but now our care taker has turned it completely around with the leadership of this wonderful agency. I can't say enough about them and I feel absolutely blessed to have found them ! Thanks a million
