I have never written a bad review before, but hope to prevent anyone else from going through what we did. We paid them to do a Medicaid application for Dad. The communication was abysmal. I tried calling, texting, and emailing for updates, and could not get a reply. Finally, I tried calling from work, and the phone was answered right away. This process went on for a year and a half, and my dad passed away two months into it. Patti has helped with both my Mom and Dad being in and out of rehab and nursing home care since 2021. She has always been professional, knowledgeable, flexible, highly competent, highly responsive and worth whatever we paid. We’ve dealt with several local hospitals and nursing facilities and their senior care advocates, probably a dozen great people. Patti is at the top. She is second to none. The nursing home we work with now trusts her implicitly. Could not recommend her more highly.

I can’t give more than 5 stars or I would! Paula was amazingly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Her patience with my MIL who is difficult in the best of times showed no bounds! We are in a different state and unfamiliar with NY state Medicaid rules. She did the hard work, kept in contact with us and made the process as easy on us as possible. I can highly recommend this agency, especially if your out of state!

Patty is so knowledgeable when it comes to Medicaid and applying for other benefits. She has had many years of experience and it shows. Her professionalism as well as her kindness and compassion are evident.
