I have used Senior access a few times, it is ok, However, one time I had a driver volunteer too take me to an appointment, never confirmed, or showed up. He went so far too call senior access the day of and said he was at my door! Not true at all! I had to ask my neighbor too give me a ride, Thank GOD, she was home! This place is very unreliable, I would not use a driver like that, people need to get to their appointments. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! So I will find another way , I need something reliable!
