They never answer their phone or return any calls!! I've been without my medicine for a week now and this isn't the first time this has happened with them. I've left constant voicemails for Dr. Sengupta's assistant and she doesn't respond to a damn thing. I'm so sick and tired of this negligent doctor and will be requesting a new neurologist very soon.

I had a great experience. Dr. Sehgupta was clear, to the point, and thoughtful as she considered options for my treatment. She is knowledgeable about what insurance wants before certain treatments can be considered and plans accordingly. Staff was very helpful. It can be hard to get them on the phone, but just keep calling or leave a voicemail and they will get back to you.

As a long-time patient of Dr. Sengupta I find her to be compassionate, respectful and resourceful. I was referred to her for treatment of debilitating migraines. They have subsided considerably thanks to her care. She addresses all of my concerns and carefully explains medication options. Her staff is kind and attentive. Wait times are minimal. I am indebted to her and grateful for having been referred to her.
