I had a great experience. Dr. Sehgupta was clear, to the point, and thoughtful as she considered options for my treatment. She is knowledgeable about what insurance wants before certain treatments can be considered and plans accordingly. Staff was very helpful. It can be hard to get them on the phone, but just keep calling or leave a voicemail and they will get back to you.

As a long-time patient of Dr. Sengupta I find her to be compassionate, respectful and resourceful. I was referred to her for treatment of debilitating migraines. They have subsided considerably thanks to her care. She addresses all of my concerns and carefully explains medication options. Her staff is kind and attentive. Wait times are minimal. I am indebted to her and grateful for having been referred to her.

Dr. Sengupta is an incredibly thorough, caring, and knowledgeable neurologist—she genuinely takes the time to understand your concerns and explain everything clearly. The most incompetent set of staff I’ve ever met. If I could give the office staff zero stars I would. After paying $45 in Uber to get here, they told me my referral was expired. One girl said they left a message Friday but no message was on my phone. I also got a text the day before to remind me about my appointment. Why send me a reminder if the appointment was canceled? Why check me in and charge me if they already knew they couldn’t see me. This is a Neurologist for God sake. I didn’t need the added stress.
