Buyer Beware!!! Installation has been a nightmare, and we are over a year into this. Support is not existent, and communication is limited to What's App support. Management will not discuss or acknowledge well documented and systemic issues.
Their whole team of technicians cannot make the machine work properly bolts falling out sharing off highly do not recommend this machine at all unless you're only wanting to produce 3 to 4 parts a day
This is the best laser company to work with in the United States. They are tip of the spear in regards to technology, a good relationship and a competitive price.
