Updated review, years after purchase: the machine is fine, after-sales support is not. We bought an SF1313G 1500W fiber laser from Senfeng Laser USA in 2020. I left a 5-star review back then. The machine itself has run well. The problems have been with service after the sale. In June 2026 we needed a replacement tube and power supply for our Senfeng CO2 laser. We were first quoted $2,600 for an upgraded tube we hadn't asked for. Only after we questioned it were we offered the matching tube for $1,200, still well above mark... read more
