Marc came out and did amazing. We had issues with the initial install, they were quick to fix the situation and we are very satisfied with the results.

We had a great experience purchasing our Fiber Laser from Senfeng. The whole process went smooth from start to finish. Cyrus our technician spent a month with us at our shop in Colorado helping setup and program our machine while answering all of our questions. ***UPDATE 2*** We purchased a second Senfeng laser this past summer and it has been a true work horse for us. The new laser has some updates to it that make an already great product that much better. The people at Senfeng have been amazing for us here at SDMI. Andy, Cyrus, and Kaifu from Senfeng did excellent work on the installation of our 3015C Laser. Additionally, any help I have needed after the installation has been addressed immediately by both Andy and Cyrus. For example, today I had an issue downloading software to my desktop and Cyrus answered my text, sent me a link, and my problem was solved in less than 30 minutes. We are 5 Star satisfied at SDMI.
