We made an appointment to learn more about solar after someone knocked on our door a few months ago. Our sales person was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the benefits (money savings, environmental benefits, not relying on the grid for power). We just got a new pool so solar was a great fit for us and our energy needs. Great solar company with integrity. We sat down with several solar companies and ultimately chose Senergy because they were honest and had our best interests at heart. Super knowledgable and they help you through the entire process. Their customer service is fantastic! Highly recommend!

I have had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. my solar was installed two months ago and its still not operational. NVEnergy provided the approval to operate the system two weeks ago and its still not on. the Project Manager, my sales rep and customer service have offered no resolution. I was told that I would not very put in a position where I would be paying a regular power bill and my solar bill, yet here we are in May, after my Feb install and I'm paying two bills. if you are considering solar, please look elsewhere... read more

Was thinking of going with this Solar Company in Red Rock but then i got information from my neighbor and this is what they advised. .......... "Recommendation would be to lease when you lease they take care of you no matter what" "President was very unprofessional and told me that one bad review doesn't matter to him"..............Vinny..

Great sales guys horrible unprofessional President to the company. After unit is in and your buying they will not help because it’s not in there interest to back up the product they sell. You will experience loss of money when off grid.... I’ve had two bad inverters in one year. Lease!! They will take care of you!

Joe W. Lohr Jr. is the representative (not SALESMAN) who came to our home to give us a true estimate of the type of system we would need for our home. This system would meet the requirements according to the last years' bill. There was also a 15% Senior Discount. Joe is honest, polite and not pushy!! We had a horrible experience with 2 other solar company's salesmen. This guy was honest with us and gave us a great deal. Finally, a solar company that gives a great product AND a great deal!
