I had reached out to senergy petroleum about a minor accident that was caused by one of there service trucks on the road. Just wanted to give these guys a thumbs up for taking this seriously and reaching out to me and making things right! Such a great company and hope others follow in there lead.

One of their trucks pulled onto the road with gravel on the trailer. Many rocks were coming off the trailer and hitting my truck. One in particular broke my windshield. I called my insurance company and they recommended that I get a hold of their insurance company. When asking the receptionist at synergy petroleum for the insurance information she declined. Real classy.

Synergy should retrain the woman who answered the phone today. When I asked if they had ethanol free gasoline at their card lock, she stated in a condescending tone that ethanol free gasoline is illegal in AZ. I worked in the petroleum industry for over 6 years in AZ, it is not illegal. She should have been respectful and explained it is not available at retail pumps but can be purchased for off road/emissions except equipment and vehicles. Mary Jo is absolutely awesome to work with! Best prices for fuel and lubes in the state! Cardlocks in Tucson are both convenient and always well working.
