Synergy should retrain the woman who answered the phone today. When I asked if they had ethanol free gasoline at their card lock, she stated in a condescending tone that ethanol free gasoline is illegal in AZ. I worked in the petroleum industry for over 6 years in AZ, it is not illegal. She should have been respectful and explained it is not available at retail pumps but can be purchased for off road/emissions except equipment and vehicles. So the Communication from this company SUCKS! The credit manager in Tucson flat out lied about being able to get a card lock if you are not a business, even though he assured me I could. Even the application shows you can. Then he told me it would take a couple of days for approval, after 3weeks and multiple calls I was told they only sell to companies. If when I start my company I sure as hell won’t deal with these people. The least they could have done was call and said I was denied and not waste my time chasing them down ... read more
