Subpar experience from the start. Called the night before asking if they were able to do Senegalese twists within a certain timeframe because I had an event to go to right after . Had she said no, I would have either went somewhere else or done a different hairstyle. She said yes , for twists they will be able to finish in time. Greedy for money, struggling to perform their jobs properly, and displaying a bad attitude. Braids are coming undone.
Had a great experience here today. I got the knotless box braids. The owner was so sweet very accommodating. The girl who braided my hair did a fabulous job. Very neat and they were all very professional and helpful. They also have the hair in store and the prices were better than other hair braiding places. My new favorite hair braiding spot!! Highly recommend ❤️
