I’ve been trying to get my daughter scheduled for an appointment for over a month now, and it’s been quite frustrating. Each time I call, I’m told different availability—one day it’s “come in Friday, Saturday, or Sunday,” then when I call on Saturday I’m told you’re fully booked, and today I’m told Sundays are short-staffed. Which one is it? I completely understand that things come up, but as paying customers it feels discouraging when we can’t get consistent information. had an appointment for 1030 on a Sunday. They called to change the apartment to 1230 which was no problem. Did not get the style on. It was very upset. They were supposed to redo it on a Tuesday. They say 5 o’clock I got there at 4:30 and the braider had no idea what she was supposed to do. I was very disappointed. They did not do right by me and I’ve been going there for years. I had a great experience at this hair braiding store! The staff was friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing. I got box braids, and they came out neat, even, and exactly how I wanted. The braiders worked quickly but didn’t rush, and the environment was clean and comfortable. I appreciated that they listened to what I wanted and even gave me advice on how to care for my hair afterward. Pricing was fair for the quality and speed of service. Went and got my hair braided for the first time at this place Friday and asked for long island twist, the braider started out good but when she finished it was not the length I paid for or requested. Mary said next time I will get a discount, I do believe in second chances, so I will be back in a month or so hopefully my discount is honored. Thank you ms mary for your good customer service.
