I’ve been trying to get my daughter scheduled for an appointment for over a month now, and it’s been quite frustrating. Each time I call, I’m told different availability—one day it’s “come in Friday, Saturday, or Sunday,” then when I call on Saturday I’m told you’re fully booked, and today I’m told Sundays are short-staffed. Which one is it? I completely understand that things come up, but as paying customers it feels discouraging when we can’t get consistent information.
