I went here to get box braids done and the experience was horrible. I arrived at 10:50am and didn’t leave until 7:33p. It was hot, filthy, and uncomfortable. (No AC) the front and back door was open so I suppose that was supposed to be ok. The braider starts off the braids and at the end will go back and finish the braid down. I had to help braid half of my head down because she was slow and was going back forth between me and another customer. Got my hair done crochet and the next day it wad coming out. Was not installed the right way.
