I STILL HAVE THE RIGHTS OF A HOME OWNER WITHOUT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF MAINTENANCE. NEIGHBORS ARE WONDERFUL, AND MY INPUT ABOUT THE COMMUNITY IS WELCOMED BECUASE I AM PART OWNER! ALSO, THE MANAGEMENT IS AWESOME!
