I have been here 6 years and have seen the property go from Great to bad and now for the past year it is finally back to GOOD and getting better! It's all about the manager and maintenance. If the right staff is not in place then any apartment can go downhill. The place is getting cleaned up and I have seen a lot of people that have caused ruckus being pushed out. This is what was needed to be done for along time! I call this place home and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I hope that management continues the improvements... read more
SLUMLORDS ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT AT THE DOWNTOWN OFFICE..BEWARE OF THEIR PROPERITYS NOT RECOMMENED
Terrible Managment,embarrassed to say that I lived there. BEWARE it looks nice but walk around along and talk to any of the tenants that are outside and see what they think. you will get an ear full.
Terrible Managment – Lived here for 1 year, I was praying for the day to come that my lease was up so that I could get out of that place. Slum Lords, it was the worst experience of my life. I was so embarrassed to say that I lived there after seeing how it was to live there. Glad to be out of there, I would not recommend this place to live at all.
Great Apartment Living! – I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. I have lived here for over a year and enjoy the friendly tenants (mostly) and a wonderful and attentive manager. The manager genuinely cares about her tenants and responds promptly to any concerns or problems. Great place to live!
Same thing here – I am still living at this complex in a large 2 bedroom, and they promise you the world until you sign that lease. And then good luck getting a single thing done. The manager is not a kid but operates it like a teenager would. They dont tell you when they are going to be in your apartment. I have to lock my screen door so that i know they cant get in if im at home. Worst Management Ever – I am currently "renting" a medium one bedroom at Stratford East Apartments. I have lived there over a year now, and almost nothing the was fixed that was wrong with the apartment. Now that I have put in my notice to vacate, the manager has been going into the apartment giving no notice. I would understand her going in the apartment, but at least mentioning it would be the polite thing to do. AN GREAT INVESTMENT AND HOME – I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR AWHILE NOW AND I LOVE IT! SENECA VILLAGE IS A NONPROFIT COOPERATIVE SO THE RENT IS VERY AFFORDABLE AND MY MONEY ISN'T LOST EVERY MONTH. I STILL HAVE THE RIGHTS OF A HOME OWNER WITHOUT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF MAINTENANCE. NEIGHBORS ARE WONDERFUL, AND MY INPUT ABOUT THE COMMUNITY IS WELCOMED BECUASE I AM PART OWNER! ALSO, THE MANAGEMENT IS AWESOME!
