Just goi with 4 stars as I didn't actually observe Mr. David remove the ash & soot, but he was on time, as promised. Very neat and cheerful. Got right to work and was done in a short amount of time. They've been in business around here for a while, which is always a good sign. I would call him next time. Everyone should do their job this way!
Charged 280$ for 30 minutes of work. Go somewhere else. Much more honest people out there for chimney sweeping.
