Wholly Moly these guys are awesome - particularly David in Liverpool. I just opened my account, had my payroll deposited into it, but I hit an incorrect key and it didn't go to my account on pay day. David worked with their Accounting team to get it corrected at the bank and I left feeling like this was definitely the type of bank I want to be at - Where personal service matters and they genuinely care about their customers. The Liverpool office is always a pleasure to visit. It was always nice. But it’s so beautiful after the new remodel. Sarah has helped me with accounts for my daughters in the past. It is such a pleasant atmosphere to walk in to.
