Sarah is very efficient, precise and informative. Did my HELOC application with her and she made it very clear and easy to follow. Would recommend her to everyone I know.
Wholly Moly these guys are awesome - particularly David in Liverpool. I just opened my account, had my payroll deposited into it, but I hit an incorrect key and it didn't go to my account on pay day. David worked with their Accounting team to get it corrected at the bank and I left feeling like this was definitely the type of bank I want to be at - Where personal service matters and they genuinely care about their customers.
