I have made two visits to this branch over the past three weeks. Trying to get a copy of a statement and though the staff is friendly and helpful they are unable to obtain this during my visits. Both times they are communicating with their "back room" and take my phone number and assure me someone will call me. I refuse to make another visit into this branch.
Wholly Moly these guys are awesome - particularly David in Liverpool. I just opened my account, had my payroll deposited into it, but I hit an incorrect key and it didn't go to my account on pay day. David worked with their Accounting team to get it corrected at the bank and I left feeling like this was definitely the type of bank I want to be at - Where personal service matters and they genuinely care about their customers.
