Needed to get a new heater element for my parent's stove. Talked with Mike who was more than helpful. After helping me ID the right part number, I had an issue getting the part to my parent's house on a timely basis. Without me asking, he offered to help get it to their house on his own time after work. Fantastic job and very grateful.

If I could give this company -10 stars I certainly would!!! We ordered a refrigerator replacement shelf and end caps for the door from them. They shipped a very generic shelf that was way too long and definitely not factory made. When I contacted them, I was advised we would need to cut the shelf to fit and to be sure and wear gloves so as to not cut ourselves. The shelf was $56.90 and the two end caps were 12.60 each. Kenmore refrigerator thermostat that I bought from Seneca River Trading on E-bay failed in four months. Because shipping was twice more expensive than the item itself I bought another thermostat, but I could not even install it because thermostat fell apart during installation. It appears this seller does not have good items at all and trades with only defective. I have always been suspicious about 100% buyer satisfaction on E-bay as this seller has. Now I am sure they achieve such a high rating by fraudulent tricks.

The part for my food processor arrived cracked, just like a previous reviewer wrote. BUT, unlike them, this company responded right away when I let them know, and sent me a brand new one in perfect condition. Best of all, I didn't even have to return the damaged one, they told me I could just throw it away. Would definitely do business with them again!

I ordered Greece for my kitchenaid mixer. The container comes in with no label. No safety seal looks like somebody opened it and used it already. Not a happy customer.
