Although I'm a big fan of Doctor Jonaja and Doctor Stephanie, it can be said that a Dr can only be as good as the quality of people who work in the office with them. The office is lucky to have Marcy. She's the first line of contact and when i call the office she knows ows everything but my shoe size. She's always helpful compassionate and knowledgeable. I had to wait 2 and half hours after my scheduled appointment time to even see the doctor.
I love this practice. They don't limit themselves to the 15 min consult required by UPMC. They also are not hesitant to refer you to a specialist if they don't feel qualifed to solve your issue. You may have to wait for your consult, but it is worth it.
