Extremely knowledgeable staff. Can tell you anything about plumbing and heating, have almost any part you could need. As for the other reviews, this is a supply house not lowes or Home Depot. it's made for professionals, which would know you cannot return an installed part for obvious reasons.
wouldn't let me buy water shut off wrench then return it
No where does it state that they will not take something back if it was connected. I walk in with the receipt before 30 days, and without even looking in the box, the man tells me since it was connected they won't take it back! I ask how you can tell if it would fix the furnace without connecting it? He says test the old one. Which didn't work - HELLO! Very bad for business.
