If you want customer service, look elsewhere. The receptionist/owner hung up on me when trying to speak about getting MY medical records. She wouldn’t let me speak, and constantly tried to speak over me. I’ve only had one exam with Seneca Optical and it will be the last. At the first exam, I gave the receptionist/owner my broken glasses and asked her if she could find some new frames for my lenses. She told me she would try.
