The Nurses, Jill and Tracy here are excellent nurses, they genuinely try their best and give quality care and time. Veronica, the NP, is good. She can come across very robotic and detected but once warmed up is a great, respectable person with a gentle heart. Rebecca, the person that runs the entire thing, seems like a decent person. But she is toxic positive and can be deeply frustrating when trying to get any type of feeling of solidarity to the clinic not doing well by you. A lot of "we hear you!"
