So my mother was a resident in the nursing facility for over three years, thru out her time there she had many incidents involving her daily needs not being met, along with injuries caused by staff, clothes being cut off her for unknown reasons to us , we made many written complaints that never seemed to be resolved. My mother suffered a fall in October and required rehabilitation. From my very first call to Seneca Nursing and Rehab, Nicole was comforting, compassionate, and extremely helpful. What was expected to be a short-term stay has since become long-term as my mother’s memory has declined, and Seneca has truly become her home. Great people, friendly staff, awesome unit manager.
I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone. Nurses and techs were very nice but care was terrible due to the fact that there were not enough people working. Not at all receptive to patients needs. I'm surprised that they are still open.
