Pretty cool place with good people. I would never do financing through them because I rarely if ever finance anything but if I had to, I would feel comfortable with them. Also, Company name is changing to Mr Cooper

Really awful, will make you jump through lots of hoops if you want to put extra money towards principal, awful customer service, and just tries to sell you more services which don't actually help you, but cost money while posing as early payoff programs. They transferred my mortgage to Nationstar, who is far superior. However, now I can't get my tax forms from Seneca for the prior year, and their automated system will just send me automatically to Nationstar, and I can't get a human on the phone. They have completely screwed up the transition of customers to Nationstar. It is impossible to access your mortgage tax forms for the prior year, and they are only available during times when everyone else is working, so it is impossible to get anything done.

Multiple calls to Seneca only get you to an endless phone tree followed by the system hanging up. They transferred my loan to Nationstar who have been great to work with.
